Sparks Pre-Team is the first group on the competition travel team. Sparks divers begin competion at AAU Diving and USA Diving.

Coach Invitation
World Aquatics competition list of dives for one-meter and three-meter.
Conditioning and flexibility test.
Annual Competition Team payment
Annual Competition contract.
4 x Per Week Attendance Requirement.
Classes
4-5 practices per week
90 min classes
Pool and dryland practices available
Competition
USA Diving and AAU Diving competitions are required.
