Learn to Dive

No prior diving experience is necessary for Learn to Dive. This class is for brand new divers. Perfect for children 6 and over who can swim in the deep end. One or two 45 min classes each week from our award winning coaches. Do you have a child that likes to run, jump, flip and loves the water?  Come dive with us!

Prerequisites 
Swim 20 yards in deep water. 
6 years or older (5 years with approval)

Divers may choose 1 or 2 practices per week.

Novice

Learn to Dive

The Novice group is for divers who have completed the Learn to Dive Program. Divers learn about 130 skills in this level. 

Prerequisites
Complete Learn to Dive Program.

Divers may choose 2 or 3 practices per week.

Lessons

The Lessons group is for divers who have completed the Novice Program. 

After all level requirements are completed, the diver may be tested to move up to the Sparks Group.

Sparks

Sparks Competition Team is the first group on the competition team. Sparks divers begin competion at AAU Diving and USA Diving.

Annual Competition contract.
90% Attendance Requirement.

Fire

The Fire Competition Team is for Advanced divers. Divers in this group have competitive experience. Divers in the Fire group compete at the national level. Some of these requirements are: commitment to the sport of diving, work ethic, and positive attitude.

This group is for National Level USA Diving Competitors.

Blaze

This Blaze Competition Team is for National Qualifiers. Blaze divers are chosen to dive with group by the coaching staff.  Enthusiasm for diving, excellent attendance and a strong work ethic are important factors in the coaching staff’s consideration for entrance to the Blaze Competition Team.
