RECREATIONAL DIVING
The Lessons group is for divers who would like some additional training time. Divers need to have one season of diving training to join the Lessons group. The lessons group is primarily a recreational Diving group. There are no competition requirements for this group. Many of the divers in this group enjoy competition during their high school seasons but are not interested in USA Diving or AAU Diving competition.
Prerequisites
1 season diving (or equivalent) experience
Swim 20 yards in deep water
8 years or older
Classes
1 or 3 classes per week
90 min classes
Pool and dryland practices available

No required competition
mini-meet fun mock meets are optional
