R-H CLINIC INFORMATION
Want to try springboard diving? Here’s your chance to jump in! We’re hosting a beginner clinic open to students in grades K–6 and grades 7–12. If you just want to see what diving is all about, this is the perfect introduction.
You’ll get board time in the water and your first look at the Rush – Henrietta Diving program led by Coach Mark Weidman, who’ll be there to meet you, coach you, and show you what RH Diving is all about.
No experience needed. Just bring your child (and their swimsuit)!
This clinic will introduce divers to:
- Fundamental Skill Development
- Correct Dive Progressions
- Flexibility & Conditioning
Divers will be broken into practice groups based on age and ability.

The Rush-Henrietta Diving Well has two 1 m 16 foot Duraflex competitive diving boards.
The pool depth is 13 feet. There is also a digital replay system and warm up and stretching mats. Everything you need to have a great clinic with lots of fun and safe diving.

CLINIC REQUIREMENTS
Grades K – 6
The 1 hour K – 6 clinic is open to children ages 6 -12, who can swim 20 yards in the deep end.
Grades 7 – 12
The 2 hour 7 – 12 clinic is open to children ages 13 -18, who can swim 20 yards in the deep end.
